Acceptable Use Policy for Cannafax

Welcome to Cannafax. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the services provided by Cannafax (“Services”) and is meant to ensure that your use of our Services is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and this AUP. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service, and by using our Services, you agree to abide by the terms of this AUP.

 

1. Compliance with Laws
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations pertaining to the purchase, sale, and distribution of bulk cannabis. It is your responsibility to know and understand these laws and operate within them.

 

2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.

  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or asking for personally identifiable information.

  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Cannafax, a Cannafax employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

 

3. Content Standards

  • Accuracy: The information you provide on the Services is complete, true, and accurate.

  • Legality: You may not post or transmit content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable.

  • Non-Interference: You may not use the Services in a manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services.

 

4. User Responsibilities

  • Product Quality: You are responsible for ensuring that any cannabis products sold or distributed through the Services meet all quality control and legal standards.

  • Record Keeping: You must maintain accurate records of all transactions and product distributions, as required by law.

  • Age Verification: You are responsible for verifying the age of your customers to ensure compliance with age restriction laws.

 

5. Enforcement

  • Violations: Violation of this AUP may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, legal action against you, and/or the notification of law enforcement authorities.

  • Reporting: If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, you are required to immediately report it to Cannafax.

 

6. Modification

Cannafax reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. We will provide notice of materially significant changes to this AUP by posting notice on the Cannafax site.
